下記の期間に入力し出願することができます。Online application system is available during the following period.
2024年3月15日（金）10時～2024年4月15日（月）17時
From 10 a.m. JST, March 15, 2024 – To 5 p.m. JST, April 15, 2024
出願時に、国際交流センターホームページと下記の項目を確認してください。 Please read the Center for International Programs website and following topics carefully before starting the online application.
オンライン出願の流れ / Flowchart for Online Application
出願はオンライン上で行われます。
以下の手続きの流れの概要に沿って、出願書類の準備を進め、出願期間内に出願してください。
ASU application process is conducted online.
Please follow the below outline, prepare your application documents and apply during the application period.

1. ホームページで募集要項・必要書類を確認する。 Check our website for the application guidelines and required documents.

2. 出願のため、アカウントを登録しMy Pageを作成します（eメールアドレスが必要です）。 To apply, create your account and make your ‘My Page’, using your e-mail address.

3. My Pageへの入力。以下１～4の情報を入力、要求された書類を5でアップロードして、出願する。 Input necessary information to Sections 1- 4, upload completed required documents in Section 5 and submit your application.
１．出願者情報 Applicant’s Information ２．学歴 Educational Background ３．旅券および在留関連情報 Passport and Immigration-related information ４．経費支弁 Financial Support ５．書類アップロード Documents Upload -
4. オンライン出願の完了。 Online application completed.

5. 郵送が必要な書類を郵送する。
Submit the required original documents by mail.
出願前の準備について / On Preparation for Online Application

メールアドレスを準備してください。
Prepare Your Email Address.
アカウント作成のためのメールアドレスが必要になります。PC用のメールアドレスを準備し、 asu.aasa.ac.jp ドメインのメールが受け取れるよう、あらかじめフィルタリング等の設定を確認してください。 An email address is required to create your account. Enter an email that can be used on PC and configure filtering settings to receive emails from the "asu.aasa.ac.jp" domain. -
プリンターの準備をしてください。
Prepare to Print Documents.
入学許可書など、システムより発行される書類を印刷します。 Necessary documents such as the admission letter can be printed in PDF format after completing the online application. -
その他注意事項をご確認ください。
Please read other applicable notices.
- 環境によっては情報入力途中でブラウザを30分以上放置するとシステムエラーとなり、保存された時点に戻り、それまでに入力した情報は失われます。こまめな保存をお勧めします。 If you leave the browser for more than 30 minutes in the process of entering information, an error will occur and information you entered will be lost. Please save the information you enter frequently.
- フォームの入力を終えても、出願ボタンをクリックするまでは出願は確定していません。押し忘れにご注意ください。 Even if you complete the required forms, web entry will not be completed until you click the “submit” button. Please do not forget to click this button.
